Our office is located on the corner of 9800 S and Bangerter Highway in the Professional Dental building.We are only in South Jordan on Thursdays! This means that, due to a larger demand, appointments can only be made by phone and we have a strict cancellation policy. On Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday we are in Logan at: 150 E 200 N Suite F, Logan, UT 84321. Our offices are closed Friday – Sunday and on all public holidays.
